Dylan Rutherford Improved my Driving Darren has been an outstanding instructor, he has improved my driving skill dramatically. I don't think i would have been able to pass without him. Darren was extremely punctual and listened to my problems with my driving and helped me fix them.
Louis Price Great Pass Darren was excellent with communication and explaining things to me clearly. He was very patient with me and easy to talk to, Darren made me feel very comfortable and i enjoyed every lesson with him. Out of my past instructors i have had my lessons with Darren was defiantly better and i would recommended Darren to anyone looking for lessons
Mae Whaley Passed Theory and Driving Test First time with confidence Darren was so patient and understanding when i first started learning to drive, he constantly reassured me. He encouraged me to use the LDC workbook and watch the videos which also helped give me confidence and helped me to learn. Darren made me aware that mistakes are part of learning and that everyone is not perfect, he also helped and guided me towards my test, both my theory and my practical by helping calm my nerves by answering all my question when ever i felt doubt full. I do not have anything but nice things to say, i could not have done all this without his help
Joe Hodson Passed with Darren I was one of Darren's first students and i feel we taught each other a lot at first, i had no past driving experience and Darren understood and took that on board really well and stayed patient with me. The workshop book is so helpful and a great guide to get you through your driving journey and i believe Darren is one of LDC's finest and i highly recommend, if you want to learn how to drive Darren is the right person to guide you to independence on the road.
Ennis Gillingham First Time Pass Darren was very patient and understanding, I was extremely nervous to begin driving but Darren made me feel comfortable and more confident behind the wheel. Each lesson was focused on what i wanted to work on and improve on, and i never felt pressured to do something i did not feel comfortable doing, like dual carriageways or busy roads. From my first lesson, i felt supported and able to ask questions without feeling rushed. The way Darren engaged in the LDC workbook was also very helpful, i found great theory preparation with the App and appreciated the opportunity to write a weekly reflection on my progress.

Roux Davies First Time Pass Darren was brilliant, from day one he trusted me and had faith in my driving ability. I felt supported when learning new skills and techniques that were complicated but Darren helped me in a clear and easy way for me to understand. I liked the learner Centre approach and the way Darren would collaborate with me to create our lesson plan. Our 2 hour lessons allowed me to get comfortable and spend valuable time learning and practicing. Darren was a very supportive instructor, i never felt rushed or like i was wasting time, he gave helpful advice and guidance when i was driving. I felt confident and well prepared for my test day.

He was very friendly, and walked me through every step of a personalised driving journey. He always believed in me and I always felt after each lesson that I had made progress and my self-belief had improved. I was always able to relay any concerns and queries I had with Darren without any issue and I was able to work around my own schedule and finances. I am neuro divergent and Darren was more than happy to work with me to find a learning style that works for me. I am so incredibly pleased that I was able to pass my test on the first attempt and I really do think that Darren played a huge role in my confidence and ability to do so. I would absolutely recommend Darren to any of my friends or family that are looking to learn to drive, I am always so grateful for all of the things he has done to ensure that I am a confident and safe driver. Daniel Fee Passed with Darren Darren is a very understanding instructor and is very easy to talk to, he gave me all the help I needed when necessary and stepped back when I was able to do things and make decisions for myself. I cant thank him enough for what he has done for me and my family. He guided me through the LDC workbook and videos which definitely helped me to progress much quicker then I expected. Darren is a very detailed instructor and does everything by the book but also goes above and beyond for his pupils, you can tell he loves his job.
Liam Lightfoot I started driving with Darren a few days after my 17th birthday. Every lesson was well structured and tailored to ones confidence and experience. Every lesson is also evolved around the LD System which reduced the amount of time driving which most importantly reduced the cost. I passed my theory before starting lessons which I believe helped. I passed my driving test First Time. To summerise, I had a very positive experience with Darren and LDC. I highly recommend.
